The terms that govern your use of RHINOBLOCKS.

1. Membership

RhinoBlocks is a curated subscription library. Your membership grants access to the catalog of 2D and 3D native NURBS blocks (.3dm) for Rhinoceros 8 during an active plan. We offer Basic (up to 50 downloads/month) and Pro (up to 100 downloads/month) plans with monthly or annual billing.

2. License & Intellectual Property

Blocks may be used freely in personal and commercial architectural, interior, and landscape projects. You may not resell, redistribute, sub-license, or share the blocks as standalone 3D files, meshes, or in competing digital libraries.

3. Renewal, Cancellation & Refunds

Memberships renew automatically. You can cancel anytime from your account. Upon cancellation, your access remains active until the end of your current paid billing cycle. Once the cycle concludes, access is suspended, but your account, favorites, folders, and download history are preserved and restored upon reactivation. Due to the immediate delivery nature of downloadable digital 3D assets, fees paid are non-refundable once files have been accessed.

4. Plans, Access & Commercial Use

Download access and commercial licensing rights across all canonical blocks in the catalog are exclusively provided through active Basic and Pro membership plans. All members can freely utilize downloaded .3dm files in commercial client projects, competitions, and technical construction drawings.

5. Requests

Requests submitted through "Request a block" become part of our internal product backlog for continuous curation. While we actively listen to community needs and prioritize high-demand architectural assets, we do not guarantee that any specific request will be fulfilled or provide a delivery timeline.

6. Liability & Technical Disclaimer

Blocks are provided strictly on an "as-is" basis for general architectural visualization and drafting support. RhinoBlocks and its contributors disclaim all liability regarding structural integrity, code compliance, load-bearing capacity, regulatory standards, or construction feasibility. Each architect, engineer, or studio assumes sole and exclusive professional and legal responsibility for verifying and validating any block or geometry before incorporating it into final, executive, or construction documents.

1. Who Operates the Service

RHINO BLOCKS ("we") operates a subscription library of 2D and 3D blocks for Rhinoceros 3D users. This policy explains what personal data we process, for what purpose, and what rights you have under GDPR, LGPD, and applicable international privacy standards.

2. Data Collected and Purpose

Account data — full name, email address, encrypted password, profession, city, country, and registration date to manage your account and provide localized services.

Payment & subscription data — plan tier, validity, and transaction receipts. Card details are processed securely via Stripe (PCI-DSS) and are never stored on our servers.

Download & workspace data — history of downloaded blocks, folders, and block requests to provide your personal library.

3. Cookies, Third-Party Providers & Your Rights
